Terms & Conditions

•    Check in at 2 PM (14:00). Check out at 10 AM (10:00). Early check with no charge is available but subject to the hotel’s availability.
      Luggage can be stored at the reception if the room is not yet available.
•    Children up to 4 tears old are complimentary when staying in the parents room. Extra mattress is available for 10 Euros per night.
•    All rates include city tax and VAT.
•    All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card details that will not be used till the arrival day.
•    Payment – It is possible to pay either by cash or with a credit card. Please note that payment with a credit card is subject to
     additional 5% bank fee to the total amount.
•    Cancellation Policy – The reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the arrival day. In case of cancellation at the period
     of below 48 hours or a non show the first night will be charged.
